We have been coming here for years. Best and most authentic Taiwanese fried pork chop and beef noodle soup in Dallas.

My boyfriend had seen this place and voiced wanting to try it. Referenced here and the beef dry noodle did not disappoint. So delicious and flavorful. I'm under the assumption that's it's just a husband and wife working the kitchen and the register so there might be a little wait but it's definitely worth it. Really gives the feel of authentic home made food.

I had the beef dry noodles and a side of pig ears. The beef noodles are unlike most other places where it's served with broth. Instead, this version just has a little broth at the bottom of the bowl, but primarily focuses on the beef and noodles. The beef was aromatic, flavorful and tender, while the noodles were springy and lightly chewy. I can't wait to come back again!
